"All custom-made items are made  to order and are non-refundable. Please read full policy- we will take care wrong or damaged merchandise. Refunds are only issued in the event of a loss (stillbirth or infant loss). We honor these situations with the utmost care, discretion and compassion."

Custom & made-to-order items

All custom bedding, personalised pieces, and design concept packages are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable. Because each piece is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

If something goes wrong

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos and your order number — we will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Compassionate exceptions

In the rare and heartbreaking event of a stillbirth or infant loss, we will issue a full refund. We hold these situations with the deepest care and compassion, and we are honored to support families during the most difficult of times.
